Our iconic Linen Union bed linen is a marriage of pure, sustainably sourced Irish linen and cotton, creating a comfortable and easy-care alternative to pure linen bed linen while possessing the same natural beauty, texture and character of flax.

We were first commissioned to create this textural bed linen by The Savoy Hotel, and this plain hemmed bed linen design has since gone on to become one of our best-selling collections, beloved for its timelessness and simplicity.

Linen Union Oxford pillowcases are available in a range of soft neutral and pastel colours, statement hues and classic white. The heat-regulating properties of linen makes it the perfect bed linen choice for every season.

What Makes the Linen Union Plain hemmed Oxford Pillowcase Special? ⌄

This feel-good fusion of linen and cotton, clean lines and characterful texture, creates a timeless and elegant look in any interior scheme, home and environment.

Created by Peter Reed for The Savoy Hotel in 1983, the cloth is made using a mix of 60% linen (sustainably sourced from Ireland) and 40% long staple cotton, woven together in-house, which offers the luxurious feel of pure linen and the launderability of cotton. Linen’s long fibres allow air to circulate through the sheeting, making it exceptionally breathable and ideal if you’re a hot sleeper, or your home is in a warm climate. What’s more, the heat-regulating properties of linen helps keep you cooler during hot weather and warmer on cooler nights.

The pure simplicity of this plain hemmed linen-mix bed linen is incredibly versatile and layers effortlessly with other collections and contrasting textures.
